Chetan Teja Rachapudi is an independent music-technology researcher, Founder & Research Architect of WAVEMULATOR, composer, and music producer working across audio technology, acoustics, signal processing, structural music analysis, and computational approaches to music.
His background began in hands-on music creation and film-scoring workflows, giving him direct exposure to technical and creative problems within modern music-production environments. Over time, that work expanded beyond composition into the study of audio systems, digital signal processing, acoustics, musical structure, and computational music analysis.
His current work focuses on designing technical systems at the intersection of music, signal processing, structural reasoning, and software architecture.
WAVEMULATOR emerged from this progression. Rather than approaching musical originality only as a creative or legal question, Chetan began investigating it as a music-technology and computational-analysis problem: how can meaningful structural relationships between musical works be represented, compared, and explained?
This work progressed through research, system architecture, and proof-of-concept experimentation into the patent-pending WAVEMULATOR technology project.
