About WAVEMULATOR

Infrastructure for examining musical structure.

WAVEMULATOR is a patent-pending music technology research and development project focused on structural music analysis and originality verification during the music creation workflow.

The project investigates how melodic, rhythmic, harmonic, temporal, and relational characteristics of music can be represented, compared, and explained beyond exact recording-level matching.

Research Grounded

The project studies public-safe structural audio signals while keeping proprietary and patent-sensitive implementation details out of the website.

System Oriented

The long-term direction is infrastructure for structural originality workflows across analysis, explanation, and scalable comparison.

Limited Public Demo

The interactive demo is intentionally simplified. It is a research proof-of-concept, not a legal detector or production scoring engine.

Broader structural relationships

The public demo uses a simplified research proof-of-concept. It is not the production WAVEMULATOR engine and does not disclose proprietary scoring, registry, calibration, or other patent-sensitive methods.

Public Demo

Compare two tracks with the public proof-of-concept.

Upload Track A and Track B to run the same public-safe analysis direction from the current proof-of-concept: pitch/harmony similarity, rhythmic energy similarity, texture similarity, best matching region, and top segment matches.

Public Demo Upload

The scan accepts exactly two supported audio files and analyzes up to the first 90 seconds per track.

POC

Maximum file size: 50 MB per track. Analysis uses up to the first 90 seconds of each track. Supported formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, OGG.

Structural Similarity

Awaiting result

Public demo aggregate from pitch/harmony, rhythmic energy, and texture comparisons.

Pitch / Harmony

Awaiting result

Simplified comparison of pitch and harmony behavior in the public proof-of-concept.

Rhythmic Energy

Awaiting result

Simplified comparison of rhythmic energy behavior over the matching segment.

Texture

Awaiting result

Simplified comparison of broad audio texture characteristics.

Strongest Matching Region

No matching region is shown until the backend returns a valid public demo result.

Explainability

The explanation layer remains empty until the backend produces a real public demo result.

Top Segment Matches

Top segment matches will appear here after a successful analysis.

This is a simplified public proof-of-concept. It is not the production WAVEMULATOR engine, not a legal plagiarism detector, produces no legal conclusion, and similarity does not imply copying.

Research

The central research question.

How can similarities in musical structure be represented, compared, and explained beyond exact recording-level matching?

Research scope

The public research explores explainable structural comparison across melodic, rhythmic, harmonic, temporal, and other musically relevant characteristics.

Public limitation

The public demo uses a simplified research proof-of-concept. It is not the production WAVEMULATOR engine and does not disclose proprietary scoring, registry, calibration, or other patent-sensitive methods. Public outputs are demonstration scores and explanatory summaries only, with no legal conclusion. Similarity does not imply copying.
